Sanford rapper Sintell describes his latest single:
I heard the beat and wanted to make something fun. It’s really simple but it’s hard and people can turn up and get lit to it. It expresses how I’ve been doing with my music, I’ve been going “Dummy” dropping what I think to be fire tracks back to back to back.
Timothy Sentell Reaves better known as Sintell was born in what’s known as the “Santrap” aka Sanford, NC. He began his artistry around the summer of last year, dropping his first song on Soundcloud “How Should I Know”. He started off just free-styling with friends for fun back in 2016, before finding a feel for the craft and deciding to take music seriously in 2018.
He took on the stage name Sintell as a tribute to his late father who shares the same middle name, changing the “E” to an “I” as a way of saying “Sin tells Everything”. People try to hide behind their sin or whatever they struggle with but he refuses to hide by sharing his authentic self through music, whether good or bad. It’s about knowing who you truly are and not being at the mercy of other’s judgement. He is inspired by artist such as Juice Wrld, Lil Peep, XXXtentacion, Tee Grizzley and Eminem.
